Male vs. Female Political Power
If women had more political power, it is probably true that topics would come up more often concerning abortion, the environment, etc. But I don't think what you are concerned about depends on your sex. A man can be as concerned or more concerned about abortion than a women. It really depends on the person voting, what kind of person they are and what they care about most.

You do a nice job giving the overview of your position.
Consider this:
Some people might argue that women would have a significantly different agenda. They might say that there are some WOMEN'S issues that, while men may care about them and have positions on them, are inherently more important or of a higher priority to women. Some of these might be childcare, health care, abuse prevention and workplace equity (equal pay).
What do you think about that?
Do you think women have equal social power as men today?
Those issues are more important to women, which would probably cause an increase in the discussion of those issues. Women and men have equal access to social power but they do not have equal social power. i.e. the male-female senator ratio.
